Chicken Fried Rice

Cook the chopped chicken in a couple tablespoons of oil for about 5 to 10 minutes until fully cooked. After the chicken is cooked, add the frozen peas and carrots and cook for about a minute. Remove everything from the pot. After you remove the chicken and vegetables, add about 3 tablespoons of oil back into the pot and let it get really hot. Then add your 2 tablespoons of sugar and let the sugar brown until smoking. Once you see the sugar and oil are smoking, add the leftover rice and mix well. Mix the rice thoroughly in the sugar and oil, then add your cooked vegetables and chicken back in. Add the half a cup of soy sauce and mix everything together. After mixing, make a well in the middle of the pot, then add the three whisked eggs. Move the eggs around for about a minute until you see they are cooked a little bit. Finally, mix everything together. Your delicious Fried rice is ready.
